When I reloaded Steam the games from that folder where missing. I currently use 3 install locations for my Steam games, one of them is "Steam Library 2", I just renamed it without spaces "SteamLibrary2". If you choose to rename an existing folder Steam folder, below are some instructions to reassociate the renamed folder with Steam. May or may not make a difference, but we may as well cover all bases. Make sure to check Note 3 at the bottom of this post, they're all things I had done as part of earlier trouble shooting, before I found Acheron's post.
